Arta Migration charges a fixed professional fee for each visa stage, from $880 for a Bridging visa B to $7,700 for a National Innovation visa. A partner visa is $3,900 for the temporary stage and $2,750 for the permanent stage; a 482 nomination is $2,900 plus GST with job advertising included. Government visa application charges are separate.

The fees below are our professional fees for preparing and lodging your application and managing it until a decision is made. We publish them openly as part of the transparency we promote.

All prices include GST, except the sponsorship and nomination fees in the employer table. Those are shown plus GST, with the GST-inclusive price under each one. If you are outside Australia when we provide the service, GST may not apply, and your written quote will show this.

Questions about 482 and 186 fees

How much does a migration agent charge for a 482 visa in Melbourne?

At Arta Migration, a full 482 for a business that is not yet a sponsor costs AUD 7,465 including GST in professional fees. That covers sponsorship (AUD 1,250 plus GST), nomination (AUD 2,900 plus GST, job ads and their costs included) and the visa application (AUD 2,900 including GST).

If the business is already an approved sponsor, nomination and visa cost AUD 6,090 including GST. Government charges are paid separately, including the Skilling Australians Fund levy (a training levy the employer pays).

What does the 482 fee include, and who pays each stage?

The 482 has three stages: sponsorship (approval for the business to sponsor workers), nomination (the role, including publishing and managing the job ads, with ad costs included) and the visa application (the worker).

The employer pays the sponsorship and nomination fees, and the law does not allow those costs to be passed on to the worker. The visa-stage fee, AUD 2,900 including GST, can be paid by either as they agree. Each fee covers preparing and lodging the application and dealing with Home Affairs until a decision is made.

How much does a 186 visa cost with an agent?

Our fee for a 186 is AUD 6,490 including GST for nomination and visa together, in either the Temporary Residence Transition or Direct Entry stream. That is the nomination at AUD 2,900 plus GST and the visa application at AUD 3,300 including GST.

If the Direct Entry stream needs a skills assessment, we charge from AUD 1,650 including GST, and the assessing authority’s fee is paid separately. Government charges are also separate.

Can I engage you for just one stage, such as nomination only?

Yes. Each stage is priced separately, and you pay only for the stages you need.
